Return & Refund Policy

At Shay T's Custom Creations LLC, every item is made with care and personalized specifically for you. Because most of our products are custom-made, we have the following policy in place.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required before any design work, printing, or production begins.

No mockups, proofs, or production will begin until payment has been received.

Design Approval

One complimentary design proof is provided with each custom order.

Customers may request one revision at no additional charge before final approval.

Once the final proof has been approved, no additional changes can be made.

Additional revisions requested before approval may incur a $20 design fee per revision.

Production Time

Production begins only after:

  • Full payment has been received

  • All personalization details have been provided

  • Final design approval has been given

Standard production time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the item and current order volume.

Large or specialty orders may require additional production time.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be accepted based on availability.

Orders needed in less than 7 business days may be subject to a 25% rush fee (minimum $20).

Rush service is not guaranteed and is accepted at the discretion of Shay T's Custom Creations LLC.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before design work has begun.

Once design work or production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom products

  • Personalized items

  • Digital downloads

  • Products ordered with incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Change-of-mind purchases

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The product arrives damaged due to our error.

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a digital file has been delivered.
